After leading the mobile and app business at his previous company, Kazuhiro Mizuno established QON. In the blockchain domain, he has been working on NFTs since 2018, with a total circulation of about 500 million yen, and entered the metaverse domain in 2021, with LAND sales of over 240 million yen. He then merged with WWWAAP, the number-one social media manga company, and became the CEO of Minto.

He also serves as an advisor of Metaverse Japan, is an observer for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Demonstration Project for the Creation of a Creator Economy in the Web 3.0 Era", and a director of Licensing International Japan.
