Rene Paulesich worked in game translation and localization as well as overseas marketing for Square Enix and Nintendo, and came to Japan in 2012. While experiencing game development, he came across UUUM and was impressed by its growth and potential, and joined UUUM in 2015. Since then, he has been involved in launching a wide range of services and businesses, focusing on new business and alliance-related activities. In April 2018, he was transferred to CAPSULE Taiwan, where he became an outside director. He returned to Japan in July 2021 and became the president of NUNW in September 2022.
