Dr. Wei Li has a PhD in Engineering from the School of Computer Science and Technology of Zhejiang University, with the title of Senior Engineer. Meanwhile, He has been awarded as National High-level Talent.

He is engaged in the development and commercialization of consortium blockchain technology, and has led lots of applications based on blockchain in key areas such as finance, government, justice, electric power, manufacturing, etc. He is an internationally renowned expert in blockchain industry.

Dr. Wei has extensive experience working for leading technology companies such as Schooner, SanDisk, State Street, Microsoft and more. He founded Hyperchain Technology in 2016, and now serves as CEO of this global leading provider of blockchain technology and solution services. The company became the first unicorn company in the domestic blockchain industry in 2021.
