Taiwan-born, Osaka-raised entrepreneur, worked at Rakuten Group, managing ads and creating special features. He won an MVP award for a purchasing page using natural language processing. Tsai started a private lodging business, expanding to 400 rooms and 6 billion yen in annual sales within a year, and entered the hotel business. After transferring the business in 2017, he founded an IT company utilizing blockchain in 2018. He developed skill-sharing, personnel evaluation, and automatic shift systems, which were introduced to Kourakuen, ANA, Colowide, and Denny's. His work was featured as a blockchain case study at MIT Sloan School.
