While a student at Hitotsubashi University, Noritaka Okabe founded Real Unreal (now Real), where he served as Representative Director/Director CTO and then as Director. In 2017, he co-founded Real World Games and served as Director after CTO/CFO. In 2019, he founded Japan Crypto Asset Market (now JPYC Corporation) and became Representative Director. Then in 2021, he became Visiting Professor at iU Information Management Innovation Professional University, Director of BCCC, Chair of the DeFi Association and Stablecoin Section.
